Return and Refund

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Luly Yang Couture will accept returns on full priced clothing and shoes within 14 days. The returned package must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Returned items must be unworn, with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, with the appropriate return authorization number. Only items eligible for return will be assigned a return authorization number, which will be enclosed with the merchandise receipt. The credit card used for purchase will be refunded within two business days of Luly Yang Couture's receipt of the returned merchandise. If the returned items are mailed after the 14 day window has closed, or without a return authorization number, Luly Yang Couture will ship the merchandise back to the original shipping address, and will charge the card initially used for payment. Luly Yang Couture regrets that they are unable to accept returns on accessories and sale merchandise. Accessories include all jewelry, scarves, shawls, headpieces, menswear, gifts, and handbags.
